Client: The Salvation Army
Location: Coeur d’Alene, Idaho
The project consists of excavation and mass grading of the 12 acre property. Construction of a new 123,000 square feet facility including chapel/performing arts center, recording studio, teen activities center and game room, aquatics center, sports training and recreation center. ALLWEST provided geotechnical engineering evaluation, materials testing (soils and asphalt density testing), and structural special inspections (reinforced concrete and masonry, structural steel and bolting).
