Clarkston Commercial Site
Clarkston, Washington
Project consisted of geotechnical field evaluation, laboratory testing, geotechnical analysis,
report preparation and Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for $7.4 million dollar
project. Geotechnical analysis included bearing capacity, settlement, subgrade modulus,
lateral earth pressures and pavement section design.

Yakima Commercial Site
Yakima, Washington
Project consisted of geotechnical field evaluation, laboratory testing, geotechnical analysis,
report preparation and Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for project. Geotechnical analysis
included bearing capacity, settlement, subgrade modules, lateral earth pressures, liquefaction
and pavement section design. We recommended rammed aggregate piers based on liquefaction analysis.

Pullman, Washington
Project consisted of geotechnical field evaluation, laboratory testing, geotechnical analysis,
report preparation and Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for $7.4 million dollar
project. Geotechnical analysis included bearing capacity, settlement, subgrade modules,
lateral earth pressures and pavement section design. Also designed combination
reinforced slope/segmental retaining walls ranging from 10 to 50 feet high.

Coeur d'Alene Chamber of Commerce
Coeur d'Alene, Idaho
ALLWEST completed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment to assess the potential
existence of petroleum products or hazardous materials on the property or adjacent
properties. A subsequent geotechnical engineering evaluation was completed to
characterize the soil and geologic conditions on the property and to provide general
recommendations to assist project planning, design and construction of a two-story
commercial office building. Construction materials testing and special inspection
services including soil compaction, reinforced concrete and structural steel were
also provided by ALLWEST.

for large box retail stores in Idaho and Washington.

Fueling Station Portfolio
Washington and Idaho
ALLWEST completed Phase I Environmental Site Assessments to assess the potential
existence of petroleum products or hazardous materials on the property or adjacent
properties for a fueling station portfolio. ALLWEST conducted several follow-up Phase II
Environmental Site Assessments after identifying recognized environmental conditions on the sites.

ALLWEST has conducted over 500 Phase I/II/III Environmental Site Assessments on industrial,
commercial and residential sites in Idaho, Washington, Utah, California, Arizona, Nevada and Montana. ALLWEST has
conducted over 200 lead-based paint and asbestos surveys in Idaho, Utah and Washington. ALLWEST has completed
many other projects which included SWPPPs, SPCC plans, erosion and sediment control, NEPA, soil and
groundwater remediation, underground storage tank removals and closures, regulatory permitting, and various other services.
